About Us

In 1998, The Gardens Rehab & Care Center was born, with a capacity to care for 72 patients. Recognizing the enduring need for skilled nursing and rehabilitative services in our community, we expanded in 2000, adding 56 more beds and an extra outdoor courtyard.

Over the years, we’ve evolved into a place where long-term residents find comfort, and short-term residents receive the support they need to get back home. We take immense pride in being an active pillar in the Kingman community, dedicated to the well-being of its seniors.

In 2011, we underwent a significant transformation in our dining room, birthing “The Garden’s Café.” Enhanced by stunning Italian-themed murals and flower boxes, this space introduced a restaurant-style dining concept, elevating the dining experience for our residents.

Since our inception, The Gardens Rehab & Care Center has provided a haven for skilled nursing, both short-term and long-term, and comprehensive rehabilitation services for our local community.

Our team of social workers strives to guide short-term rehabilitation patients back to their community while ensuring a seamless transition for our long-term residents through regular meetings and support services.

We offer rehabilitation services in a state-of-the-art therapy area, where highly trained and dedicated professionals provide Physical, Occupational, and Speech therapy. Your well-being is our top priority.
