Tari Collins is the Director of Nursing at the Gardens Rehab & Care Center. Tari has been in nursing for 35 plus years receiving her RN license from Iowa Western College. She spent 33 years in the Midwest holding a variety of nursing positions including Assistant Director of Nursing, MDS Coordinator and Director of Nursing at various Skilled Nursing Facilities. Nursing has always been her passion. In her spare time Tari enjoys quilting, cruises, and camping.
Megan Hulsey is the Admission’s Coordinator for The Gardens Rehab and Care Center. Megan began her journey in 2010 where she worked in the dietary department as a server. In 2011 Megan aspired to further her career and she completed the CNA program offered by Creative Care where she graduated and worked as a certified nursing assistant before becoming Resident Care Coordinator Assistant in 2014. Megan then happily accepted the Resident Care Coordinator position in 2016. In June of 2018 she accepted the position as Admissions Coordinator. Megan is proud to work for a company that prides itself on both the care that it provides to our community and the opportunity for growth within, she looks forward to working with both residents and their families in the public to provide them with the wonderful care they deserve.
In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her family including her husband John and their two kids Elayna and John Paul Jr. Megan’s hobbies include bowling and reading books.
Amanda Rush is the Social Services Director for The Gardens Rehab and Care Center. Amanda moved from Gilbert, AZ to Kingman, AZ with her family in 2005 after the end of her junior year in high school. Having never been a fan of the big city, Amanda quickly fell in love with the small town charm of Kingman. She graduated from Kingman High School in 2007 and went right to work at Reddy Ice at the time working as their Office Manager. Not knowing what she wanted to do but knowing she wanted to make a difference and help others, Amanda began working for the company in 2010 as an Activities Assistant. Amanda transitioned that same year into the Accounts Receivable department as an AR Clerk. In 2012, Amanda became the Business Office Manager and in 2020 moved over to Social Services. Amanda is proud to be a part of a company that leads with integrity, strives to provide the community with quality care and extends the opportunity for its employees to grow from within.
Amanda Greene is the Resident Care Coordinator at The Gardens Rehab & Care Center. She supervises the Certified Nursing Assistants and helps with day to day resident care. Amanda is the mother to five beautiful kids. Her family always encourages Amanda to be the best she can be and always reach for the stars. Amanda was in retail management for many years before deciding to go back to school to continue her career in nursing. She started with The Gardens in 2018 and is happy to be a part of such a great team and looks forward to growing within the company.
Delila McAllister is the Activities Director at The Gardens Rehab & Care Center. Delila manages her activities staff and organizes fun activities for the residents daily. She has been with the company since 2009. Delila started in the dietary department before moving over to the activities team. Delila was born and raised in California and moved to Kingman to start her family. Today, Delila has three beautiful girls and enjoys going to the beach in her free time.
Nicole is the Certified Dietary Manager at The Gardens Rehab and Care Center. Nicole has been employed with the company and working in dietary since December of 2010. In August of 2013, she promoted to Dietary Manager. After three years, Nicole became certified in her role. Nicole enjoys hiking, being a mother not only to her child but everyone she notices is in need of help, taking care of the elderly, and loves her family.
Robert Roberts Jr is the Maintenance Director at The Gardens Rehab & Care Center. Robert came to us in 2019 but has a career of over 35 years in the environmental and maintenance work. In his free time Robert enjoys hunting, trapping and all other outdoor activities. Robert and his wife have 3 sons and 7 grandchildren which they treasure dearly.
Linda Silvernale is the Medical Records Coordinator for The Gardens Rehab and Care Center. Linda has worked a wide variety of jobs in the skilled nursing and assisted living fields over the last 20 years. She is originally from Prescott, AZ and moved to Kingman in 1996. She has 2 adult daughters and has a love for all animals, especially dogs. In her free time Linda enjoys hiking and camping. Her motto is pretty simple, “Be the reason someone smiles today.”
Cindy Schutte is the Business Office Manager at The Gardens Rehab & Care Center. She was born in Des Moines, IA and loves spending time with her husband Paul and her five grandchildren. Cindy has been working in the accounting field since 1993 and began her medical billing carrier at Kingman Regional Medical Center in 2011. “I am proud to be working for a company with such a great history in the community and reputation for caring and compassion for it’s residents and staff”.
Virginia Vela is the Environmental Supervisor for the Gardens Rehab & Care Center. She was born and raised in Riverside, CA and moved to Kingman, AZ in 1998. Virginia has managed Environmental Services Departments for twenty five years and really enjoys her role. She has three kids, thirteen grandkids and one great granddaughter. Virginia likes spending lots of time with my grandkids and great granddaughter along with going to the river, fishing, camping, music and dancing.
Patricia Perry is the MDS Coordinator at The Gardens Rehab & Care Center. Patricia has been a nurse for forty five years and has worked in many different roles including Director of Nursing, Surgical Nurse and Public Health Nurse. She is married with 4 children and 7 grandchildren.
