Kristen Ott is the Administrator for The Gardens Rehab & Care Center. Kristen has been a licensed Nursing Home Administrator in 2011, however has been working for the organization in different capacities since 2006. Kristen is very passionate about Kingman’s rural community and the healthcare services provided. She works closely with The Gardens Rehab & Care Center leadership team to provide quality care and services to those seeking skilled or long term care services in the Kingman area.
Megan Hulsey is the Admission’s Coordinator for The Gardens Rehab and Care Center. Megan began her journey in 2010 where she worked in the dietary department as a server. In 2011 Megan aspired to further her career and she completed the CNA program offered by Creative Care where she graduated and worked as a certified nursing assistant before becoming Resident Care Coordinator Assistant in 2014. Megan then happily accepted the Resident Care Coordinator position in 2016. In June of 2018 she accepted the position as Admissions Coordinator. Megan is proud to work for a company that prides itself on both the care that it provides to our community and the opportunity for growth within, she looks forward to working with both residents and their families in the public to provide them with the wonderful care they deserve. In her spare time, Megan enjoys spending quality time with her family including her husband John and their two kids Elayna and John Paul Jr. Megan’s hobbies include bowling and reading books.
Barbara moved to the Kingman area in 2021 to be closer to family. She has primarily worked as an Accountant/Bookkeeper and Tax Preparer. Barb also lived in Hawaii for a time and worked as a Real Estate Broker. She has 3 children and 2 grandchildren who are the center of her world. Her favorite thing to do is spending time with them. She is very excited about her position here and looks forward to working alongside the wonderful caring team at The Gardens Rehab.
Delila McAllister is the Activities Director at The Gardens Rehab & Care Center. Delila manages her activities staff and organizes fun activities for the residents daily. She has been with the company since 2009. Delila started in the dietary department before moving over to the activities team. Delila was born and raised in California and moved to Kingman to start her family. Today, Delila has three beautiful girls and enjoys going to the beach in her free time.
Nicole is the Certified Dietary Manager at The Gardens Rehab and Care Center. Nicole has been employed with the company and working in dietary since December of 2010. In August of 2013, she promoted to Dietary Manager. After three years, Nicole became certified in her role. Nicole enjoys hiking, being a mother not only to her child but everyone she notices is in need of help, taking care of the elderly, and loves her family.
Gabriel is the Maintenance Director at The Gardens Rehab & Care Center. Before joining The Gardens he worked for The Irvine Company for 14 years in California, where he was a Senior Service Manager responsible for leading all phases of Maintenance Operations. Currently Gabe is attending the University of California Irvine where he will be acquiring his Facility Management Certification. He recently moved to Arizona and is really enjoying this beautiful state. Outside of work, Gabriel’s hobbies are coaching his sons baseball team and painting with his daughter.
Linda Silvernale is the Medical Records Coordinator for The Gardens Rehab and Care Center. Linda has worked a wide variety of jobs in the skilled nursing and assisted living fields over the last 20 years. She is originally from Prescott, AZ and moved to Kingman in 1996. She has 2 adult daughters and has a love for all animals, especially dogs. In her free time Linda enjoys hiking and camping. Her motto is pretty simple, “Be the reason someone smiles today.”
Virginia Vela is the Environmental Supervisor for the Gardens Rehab & Care Center. She was born and raised in Riverside, CA and moved to Kingman, AZ in 1998. Virginia has managed Environmental Services Departments for twenty five years and really enjoys her role. She has three kids, thirteen grandkids and one great granddaughter. Virginia likes spending lots of time with my grandkids and great granddaughter along with going to the river, fishing, camping, music and dancing.
