The Gardens Rehab and Care Center strives to make our residents feel comfortable in warm and friendly surroundings. We offer a full array of services, including:

Rehabilitation

We understand that each of our residents has varied, individual rehabilitation needs, and we make it a priority to help them achieve their long- and short-term goals.

We offer physical, occupational and speech therapy. The trained members of our therapy teamwork with each resident’s physician to develop an individualized, comprehensive care plan designed to reach specific treatment goals, and we’ve also developed a Nursing Restorative program for our long-term care residents, to help them maintain the highest possible level of mobility.

Nursing

Our licensed nursing staff provides round-the-clock care. They are available on every shift, to deal with any questions or concerns a resident or family member might have.
